Administration:
- Responsible for all administrative tasks.
- Dealing with shipping companies and carrying out the required shipment.
- Communication and correspondence.
- Receiving and sorting daily mail.
Moderation:
- Ensure That Customers’ Inquiries Had Been Responded Quickly And Efficiently On All Social Media Platforms.
- Follow Up With Other Teams Such As Marketing, Sales And Customer Service To Ensure Brand Consistency.
- Report And Provide Constructive Feedback Regarding Social Media Performance.
- Perform Research On Current Benchmark Trends And Audience preferences And Stay Up-To-Date With Current Technologies And Trends In Promotional Activities & Competitions, Design Tools And Applications.
Job Requirements
- Very Good English skills.
- Presentable
- Excellent time management skills.
- Very good Microsoft Office skills.
