Accountant

Job Description

• Maintain Customer billing system.
• Generating Invoices and Accounts Information.
• Producing Monthly Customers Reports for the Management.
• Follow up on Collect and allocate the Payment.
• Investigate and resolve Customers Payments.
• Collect Payments and Deposits.
• Prepare daily and monthly Payments.
• Update all the entries and Transactions to our financial System.
• Track Custodies with team members and make sure they are done by Time.
• Manage Filling Activities.
• Develop and automate a recovery System and Backups.
• Send the needed reports To Direct Supervisor.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Assist with month end Closing.

Job Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience.
• Full awareness of Egyptian Tax Law.
• Very Good Command of English language.
• Excellent MS Office Skills.
• Full knowledge of the preparation of budget and budgets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Oracle NetSuite Knowledge is a plus.
