About the Job
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
- Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
- Take action in case of issues between clients and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
- Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
- Manage data insertion and CRM issues.
- Present regular CRM reports and other related performance feedback.
- Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
