About the Job

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts.
  • Build and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee customer account management, including negotiating contracts and agreements to maximize profit.
  • Take action in case of issues between clients and production teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with our sales team to achieve quotas while keeping our clients satisfied and engaged with our products and services in the long-run.
  • Help customers through email, phone, online presentations, screen-share, and in-person meetings.
  • Manage data insertion and CRM issues.
  • Present regular CRM reports and other related performance feedback.
  • Meet or exceed annual sales targets.
