About the Job
- Full-time job with accessibility 24/7.
- Provide the client with smooth onboarding to GlobeMed’s platform.
- Manage customer relationships and remain in daily contact with clients to understand their needs and overcome any issues that may hinder the quality of service provided.
- Provide professional continuous support through the policy lifetime.
- Introduce and coordinate quarterly Service level review visits.
- Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming for customer contentment and satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Building long-lasting, mutually beneficial relationships with external contacts and internal departments to create a better customer experience, to assure all terms and conditions of the contractual agreement are well coordinated.
- Maintaining and expanding a database of contact information.
