As HeadChef, you will support the team in delivering outstanding levels of cooking and service
He will be in charge of the Gourmet restaurant open only for dinner and in support of the purchase of Quality products and Central production for the whole resort in support of the Culinary Director.
You must have a stable career working in high quality recognized restaurants within Michelin restaurants

Monthly Net Salary:US$2,500.00 - $3,000, payable in two monthly installments on the days 15 and 30 of each month.
Benefits:
Annual vacations and holidays: 30 working days for the enjoyment (18 vacations days and 12 holidays) from the first year of work.
1.5% of the legal tip, after three working years, increases to 1.75%. This tip is the distribution of 10% retention to the hotels monthly sales. Income payable in national currency of the Dominican Republic, on the 15th and 30th of each month.Subject to local taxes.
Christmas salary: thirteenth salary payment made in December, corresponding to one net monthly salary.
