The management and development of a team comprising up to 10 Service Technicians.
Operative & strategical planning of Machine installations, Maintenance activities and troubleshooting at Customer sites.
Ensure continuous training of our Technicians and Customers on the highest level of quality.
Close cooperation with our development department for continuous product optimization.
Representation of the other regional team leaders during their absence.
Experience and knowledge in mechanical engineering, ideally in the optical industry
Strong leadership skills
The highest degree of customer orientation
Hands on mentality
The ability to work in a team.
The willingness and ability to travel.
Highest flexibility required.
Must have good communication skills and strong command of spoken & written English.
