Senior UX & Product Designer (m/f/d)

We're searching for a Product Designer with a strong web focus and fresh ideas for improving standards that will raise the quality of our user experience. Someone who lets the user lead the way, listening, and allowing their needs guide us to the best solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop the consumer experience by leading design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Create the vision for the user experience in close cooperation with a cross-functional team, finding next-level but practical solutions to design challenges
• Improve solutions step-by-step, with early prototype and constant A/B testing
• Quickly produce visual design concepts and prototypes applying pixel-perfect attention to detail or rough scribbles when appropriate
• Proactively and regularly align with other designers, playing an active role in elevating the overall company UI/UX
• Take full ownership and autonomy of your work.

Qualifications

• Experience in visual design for web and mobile. You ve shipped consumer products and understand what it takes to create engaging and consumer-oriented experiences
• Experience and enjoyment conducting hands-on user research
• Mastery of tools like Sketch and Invision, so you are poised to set high standards for design systems
• People-centric design mentality with the ambition of improving your work constantly via peer and user feedback
• Confidence and the ability to communicate effectively with all levels in fluent spoken and written English
• Ability to balance multiple stakeholder interests simultaneously and deliver pragmatic solutions
