Your tasks

We are looking for you to further accelerate our strong growth phase in our base in Berlin. You will be part of our Transport Management organization and together with our Business Development Teams responsible for winning new and retaining existing customers! As Sales Support (m/f/d), you will interact with multiple Stakeholders, translate customer feedback into projects and transform InstaFreight as a market leader offering Transport Management services for European overland supply chains. Your main tasks include:

  • Push growth: We have ambitious goals - you will work closely with the business development managers to target the right customers, design solutions and win business.
  • Value-add towards Customers: We are customer-centric! Your task is to develop pitches and value propositions to convince customers to partner up with InstaFreight.
  • Ops & BD Interface: Operational excellence and quality is a key promise to our customers and crucial for growth! You are responsible for optimizing the interface and ensure knowledge exchange and alignment.
  • Customer insights: To win major customers is the main driver of our growth! To ensure that we target the right customers you will prepare customer intelligence reports, statistics and ensure that our CRM (salesforce) is always up to date.

Your Profile

  • You have earned a university degree in economics, logistics, business or similar fields
  • You have gained at least 1 year of professional experience in a similar role or, alternatively, multiple successfully completed internships (3-6 months each), ideally in a logistics company
  • You have a high degree of comfort with analytics, numbers and the capability to draw decisions based on both intuition and data
  • You are capable of cracking complex problems in a fast-paced professional environment
  • You have excellent time management skills, the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise work
  • You are hands-on with an entrepreneurial can do attitude
  • You possess extraordinary MS Office and communication skills
  • You are passionate about moving things forward, take full ownership of your projects and drive them with full force
  • You are a creative mind with an ability to suggest improvements
  • You are willing to go the extra mile
  • You are fluent in German and English
