Offering Management Specialist

Honeywell Thermal Solutions is looking for an enthusiastic and visionary Product Manager to take on end-to-end ownership of the assigned portfolio, drive innovation and growth, and ensure that our customer needs are met day in and day out. Honeywell Thermal Solutions serves the global combustion industry and very diverse vertical markets; commercial heating, metals, food, oil, automotive, glass, textiles, and construction. In this role, you will be responsible for an individual share of the portfolio and own nearly every aspect of portfolio management: Product, Pricing, Placement, and Promotion. You will work cross-functionally across the globe and the business to meet product and business profitability goals.

Tasks

• Set portfolio strategy based on customer insights, competitive intelligence and market opportunities
• Own the product roadmap for the portfolio
• Optimize market position and financial return across the product lifecycle
• Utilize Voice of the Customer (VOC) and Observational VOC (OVOC) to gain unique insights
• Identify and quantify customer needs through continuous discovery
• Manage customer and sales force relationships
• Optimize market position and financial return across the product lifecycle

Requirements

• Bachelor s degree in Engineering or Technical Degree
• MBA (Nice to have)
• Some product marketing experience, including commercialization, strategy and planning, value management, pricing, program management, research and analysis, and product life cycle management
• Thermal knowledge is ideal including industrial and commercial combustion, boilers, control igniters, main burners, flame scanners, safety shut-off valves, pressure, temperature, flow, valves, blowers, and/or burner management systems for the power generation industry
• Safety Systems knowledge SIL 3 T V, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 85 & 86 standards
• Excellent interpersonal skills, collaborative teaming capability and an ability to interact successfully with a diverse workforce
