The Scout24 Information Security team is a highly skilled blue team and software engineering teams. We support all our teams to build and run secure digital products. We have understood that trust and security is an essential part of our business and aim to reflect that in all our initiatives.

What we need from you:

• Assist in building monitoring and detection capabilities for security incidents
• Support in monitoring, detecting, and investigating security incidents raised by our tooling
• Support on threat hunting activities across our internal infrastructure and product landscape
• Maintain log and documentation of security incidents
• Develop standard security configurations/hardening procedures following current technology standards for our infrastructure and services

What we need you to bring:

• Bachelor s degree in IT, Security Analysis, Security Forensics, Computer Security, Cybersecurity, or comparable job experience.
• Basic knowledge of security logs, network traffic, security alerts, events and incidents experience with SIEM solutions is a plus
• Knowledge about security incident response management
• Basic knowledge in Python programming is a plus
• Passionate about exploring and researching new topics in the area of cybersecurity and risk mitigation
• Understanding of Information security standards, frameworks, policies, best practices (ISO27001, NIST)
