As our Business Development Intern (d/f/m) you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing the company's data based on our KPIs in order to provide transparency, and to enhance as well as further improve our business productivity. This includes recruiting and financial forecasting and planning.

Responsibilities include:

What you will do:

You will cover a broad range of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Being a big driver of further improving and setting up processes and guidelines and presenting them to our senior management.

  • Preparing documents and presentations for strategic decisions and Advisory Board meetings.

  • Steering, tracking, and managing the progress of strategic initiatives and managing own (cross-team) projects.

  • Being well informed about relevant contacts, companies, and the current trending topics in your industry to develop Futurepath externally.

Requirements

Who you are:

  • Current or finished Bachelor s or Master s degree student.

  • Great organisation skills and a getting things done attitude.

  • You possess excellent attention to detail and you are solution-oriented.

  • You love working in a team and always think solution-oriented.

  • Exceptional communication skills in English - German is an advantage

  • Love crunching numbers and obtain high affinity for Google Sheets, Excel, BI and CRM tools

  • Excellent English skills and great German skills

Depending on the competence and the position you are interviewing for, the hiring process can include these steps:
