Tasks
As the Business Developer Sales and Marketing Professional you will be developing our actual market share in Germany in accordance with the overall company strategy and mid-term-plan which is to double current turnover.
You will be responsible for...
- Design and roll-out of promotion formats, training and customer experience managementcreation of the local trading company
- Development of Dealers' and Partners' network across Germany
- Start of sales activities and establishment of distribution channels and agreements
- Market intelligence analysis of competitors and potential partners across Germany (e.g. dealers)
- Validation and integration of the overall company Business Plan issued by the company's group management
- Design and roll-out of promotion formats, trainings and customer experience management

Requirements
Ideally, you...
- are a sales and marketing professional with a solid track record in similar positions
- like working as an entrepreneur in an international environment
- have very good language skills: German (mother tongue), English (proficiency level), and Italian is desired but not a must and any other language skills are of competitive advantage
- have worked in same/similar industries before, e.g. Outdoor Cooking, Home Appliances or FSE, Home Deco
- are well capable of building relationships through engaging communication with all parties alike
