Brand Marketing Manager (m/w/f)

FORMEL Skin is building the global dermatology clinic online. We democratize healthcare, by making highly effective dermatological treatments easily accessible and improving our patients quality of life. We are backed by Europe s most renowned health and consumer investors and are growing rapidly, expanding our offering to new medical conditions and rolling out in new countries. To this day we have delivered more than 150.000 treatments and have already successfully treated thousands of patients. We have a passionate and ambitious team with experience in successfully building health and consumer tech businesses.

Therefore we are looking for active support for our BI Team to offer leadership and build up a team.

Together we are paving the way to make dermatology accessible to everyone!

What's the role?

• You will be part of the Brand team and will be reporting directly to the Creative Director/Brand Lead. Your main stakeholders are in the Marketing team
• As a Brand Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you will be responsible for the development, ideation and strategic thinking of brand projects like brand collaborations, awareness campaigns, and events
• Create and realize 360 campaigns that amplify the core messaging of the FORMEL Skin brand, and measure their impact
• Managing and guiding external agencies to further drive awareness, especially PR

What are we looking for?

• You already gained 4+ years of experience in the fields of marketing, brand management, and/or PR - ideally in a start-up environment
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of customer needs
• Enthusiastic, innovative, pragmatic, and creative
• You have a positive mindset and strong communication skills
• Native speaker level of German is relevant for PR efforts. We communicate with international stakeholders and colleagues on a daily basis, therefore you must also be comfortable speaking English
