On behalf of our client a well-established International FinTech Group of Companies with operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to the Company s Executive. The successful applicant must be fluent in both Russian and English and have previous experience in a similar position.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Executive in all day to-day business and personal activities.
- Running errands.
- Maintain the Executive s calendar and daily schedule by arranging appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
- Provide full travel-related support.
- Organising and planning Company s events.
- Dealing with correspondence and composing correspondence.
- Observing best business practices and etiquette.
Requirements
Main requirements:
- A relevant Degree or Diploma.
- At least three years of relevant experience within a similar position.
- Fluency in both Russian and English, oral and written, is a must.
- Knowledge of Greek language will be considered an advantage.
- Administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong business ethics.
- Professional and articulated.
- Computer literacy. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
