Job Description

On behalf of our client a well-established International FinTech Group of Companies with operations in Limassol, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Personal Assistant to the Company s Executive. The successful applicant must be fluent in both Russian and English and have previous experience in a similar position.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Executive in all day to-day business and personal activities.
  • Running errands.
  • Maintain the Executive s calendar and daily schedule by arranging appointments, meetings, engagements, and daily activities.
  • Provide full travel-related support.
  • Organising and planning Company s events.
  • Dealing with correspondence and composing correspondence.
  • Observing best business practices and etiquette.




Requirements

Main requirements:

  • A relevant Degree or Diploma.
  • At least three years of relevant experience within a similar position.
  • Fluency in both Russian and English, oral and written, is a must.
  • Knowledge of Greek language will be considered an advantage.
  • Administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong business ethics.
  • Professional and articulated.
  • Computer literacy. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office package
