Tensor Technologies is a proprietary high-frequency trading firm in the heart of Switzerland. We build next-generation algorithmic trading strategies using cutting-edge technology. Leveraging our fully automated setup, we trade different financial assets on various electronic exchanges around the world. As a Graduate C++ Software Engineer, you ll be joining our core engineering team. You will contribute to our proprietary low-latency trading system, adapt it to new exchanges/platforms and collaborate with researchers on improving the trading results.

Your main responsibilities

• Collaborate on developing our highly competitive, ultra-low-latency trading platform consisting of market data delivery and order submission systems
• Improve our simulation/backtest environment with the goal to match production results almost perfectly
• Work closely together with other engineers and researchers; your work will directly impact the profitability of our trading strategies
• Stay on top of updates to exchange protocols and incorporate them into our production and simulation systems

Requirements

• Masters or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or a related technical field
• Proficient programming experience in C++ in a Linux environment
• Programming skills in Python are a big plus
• You are absolutely fluent in English and enjoy working in an international team
• You are eager to design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software
