Ce qu il y a pour vous :
Contrat de 6 mois

Responsabilit s :
Aider et guider le propri taire du logiciel, l quipe et l organisation quant l utilisation des concepts, valeurs, pratiques et principes Scrum/Agile pour am liorer l efficacit
Encourager l accomplissement du travail sans coercion
Faciliter les discussions et prises de d cision, assister dans la m diation et la r solution de conflits
Guider l quipe et encourager l organisation autonome
Offrir son support lorsque possible, guider par l exemple et d montrer de bons principes et valeurs
Ce dont vous avez besoin pour r ussir:
Exp rience avec SAFe et Azure DevOps
Bilingue (fran ais et anglais)
Excellentes comp tences interpersonnelles et mentalit d quipe

We are currently looking for a Scrum Master for one of our clients.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate and guides a software development product owner, team, and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum concepts, values, practices, and principles focusing on improving team effectiveness
Encourage getting work done without coercion
Facilitates discussions and decision making and assist in mediation of conflict resolution
Lead the team and guides them on how to get the most out of self organization
Give support whenever possible, lead by example, and demonstrate value-add principles
What you need to succeed:
Experience in SAFe and Azure DevOps
Bilingual (English and French)
Excellent interpersonal skills and be a team player
