Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; evaluating new office products; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. Operates standard office, word processing and computer equipment. Performs related work as required. Qualification & Requirements: Graduate with commercial or business school training or equivalent of “A” level educational background with minimum of five years of experience. Thorough knowledge of standard office practices, procedures and secretarial techniques. Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
