Responsibilities:
Connect and Reach out to CPA Affiliate Marketers
Own up the sales targets to facilitate Revenue Growth
Manage Affiliate Marketers and Drive Sales
Build strategic plans and high performing programs to acquire new affiliate partners and build strong relationships with existing partners.
Execute campaigns that align to plans and regularly report performance.
Develop new initiatives of user acquisition and optimize ROI through a data-driven approach.
Building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with central marketing teams, partnerships, sales and product teams to align initiatives and meet emerging business needs.
Research, review and recruit prospective affiliate partners across international markets
Quickly and ambitiously build a large network of high performing affiliates to exceed monthly sales targets
Provide clear recommendations based on analysis, and work with growth marketing, other channel managers, and internal content teams to contribute to the products growth strategy
Identify opportunities for new and innovative ways on how to improve affiliate partner processes through the exploration of new software tools and internal process optimization
Manage affiliate management platforms, content management systems, data analysis tools
Relevant Experience:
Worked in International CPI,CPA, CPR, CPL campaigns
Follow the daily reporting protocol of Affiliate activity and On- Boarding affiliates
Key skills:
