For this position we offer a gross salary of EUR 48.000,-/year with the willingness to overpay in case of appropriate work experience.

As Marketing Analyst you act as a thought partner in the selection of the company's marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), craft its definitions, and track the progress against those target metrics. In this role you work closely with the performance marketing, product and marketing tech teams. You collaborate with different marketing functions to create analyses to support campaign decisions.

What we need from you

  • Create data driven insights about the impact of our local performance marketing campaigns
  • Develop new approaches to grow our user base through data driven marketing optimization
  • Mold data from multiple sources into strategic marketing insights
  • Build intuitive and readable dashboards using visualization tools (e.g., MicroStrategy and extract actionable insights
  • Bridge analytics and marketing, speaking both languages
  • Provide media campaign reporting and analysis
  • Maintain holistic paid media campaign reporting and weekly insights on KPIs, tactics, creative, and audiences
  • Prepare for and participate in recurring review meetings with stakeholders
  • Develop and manage data visualizations for marketing activities
  • Monitor media partner campaign feeds, Q/A accuracy and results as needed
  • Recommend tactics and opportunities to increase the quantity and quality of customer data

What you need to bring

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Marketing Analyst, working with data from digital campaigns
  • A University degree in Marketing Analytics, or a similar related field
  • Strong expertise in SQL to extract, clean, and transform data in large, complex, nested databases
  • Expertise working with statistical software
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Data Studio for full-stack data analysis, insight synthesis and presentation
  • Strong ability to condense complex concepts and analysis into clear and concise takeaways that drive action
  • A natural curiosity and excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with meticulous attention to detail
  • Good German skills (min. a B-level)
