One of the ways in which we do this is through our international community of StreetCrowd users who, using our technology, complete tasks for shared mobility providers (e.g. relocating vehicles, charging, etc.), and in this way help people living in cities gain access to safe, clean and reliable shared mobility options.
To develop our activities in Santiago de Chile (Chile) and deliver a smooth user experience, we are looking for a Community Manager with Spanish as a native language.
Tasks
- Online communication (in Spanish & English) with users of our StreetCrowd service (answering inquiries, explaining rules, providing information)
- Verifying & confirming user activities
- Processing user compensation
- Working with the team (stand-ups, planning meetings, resolving issues) to build a strong & engaged community of users
- Improving our service offering & marketing activities
- Creating new content and translating our existing content into Spanish
- Creating and running promotional campaigns
Requirements
- Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally for an online service
- Strong understanding of the importance of user satisfaction
- Native speaker of Spanish and very good knowledge of English, German is a big plus
- Good understanding of the cultural context of the LATAM market
- Marketing, social media and/or design experience is an advantage
- Reliable, organized and detail-oriented team player
- Proactive hands-on approach & tech-savviness
- Work permit for Austria required

What we are offering:
- Working hours: In the beginning, we will start with approx. 20 h/week (Mon-Fri) used for setting up key aspects of the service (translations, email templates, setting up ad campaigns in Spanish, light communicating with first users, etc.). Once the service kicks off, the hours are expected to increase.
- Timetable & location (remote/ office) - very flexible & to be aligned on individually; fully remote role - possible.
- Start date: July 2022
- Compensation: 12,- per hour (gross) on the basis of Freier Dienstvertrag
