Sr. Customer Relation (m/f/d) Netherlands

__The tasks__

• You are responsible for developing and building long-term and strategic customer relationships
• You are responsible for discovering cross-selling and up-selling potentials and further developing existing customers
• You are responsible for the management and service enhancements of existing customers
• Enabling the new customers of a professional onboarding and trainings
• You are a stakeholder and act as an interface of the specialists in the areas of marketing, financial and support.

The desired profile

• First experience in the area of key account management
• Already several years of experience in the sales sector and applicable technical understanding
• Strong argumentation, empathy and a confident appearance
• Fluent English and Dutch required
• Enjoy working in a team
