We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Social Media Executive to join our team.

As a Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy to increase our online presence, brand awareness and executive thought-leadership visibility.

This role is critical to the organization as you will be responsible for the successful development, management, and coordination of the company s social media activity. You will be responsible for the creation, editing and coordination of social media content; driving follower numbers and engagement; and measuring and monitoring social channels across the organization.

Your creative and project management skills will be utilized in the development of engaging and visually appealing social content requiring up-to-date experience of the leading social media management platforms and video creation tools.

The role will require day-to-day interaction with multiple teams including campaign and field marketing, product marketing, PR, corporate and brand strategy


Requirements

YOU ARE GREAT AT:

  • Working with the Corporate Communications team to develop and deliver a best-in-class social media experience for existing and future followers
  • Coordinating social media activities for corporate-wide programs and campaigns, including executive thought-leadership, product announcements, corporate events, corporate branding, and global campaigns
  • Managing a master social media calendar for the company s social media handles
  • Creating engaging content including video - around blogs, media coverage, corporate and brand campaigns, customer stories, executive and industry thought leadership.
  • Researching, reporting, analyzing, and measuring social media metrics
  • Designing and implement social media strategies to align with business goals
  • Actively contributing to the employee advocacy program to ensure broader company-wide-sharing of content
  • Suggesting and implement new programs and corporate campaigns to develop brand awareness
  • Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

    WHAT IT TAKES:

  • Suggesting and implement new programs and corporate campaigns to develop brand awareness
  • Staying up to date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications
  • 4+ years of experience in social media management and content development, with proven ability to execute. A self-starter and someone who is comfortable working across teams
  • Hands on experience with social media publishing, measuring and content creation solutions
  • Excellent social writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail, ability to manage and deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Excellent communications, analytical and multitasking skills
  • Current knowledge of all major social platforms inc. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and social media best practices
  • Strong and committed work ethic and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Bachelor s degree and a minimum of 4 years social media experience - ideally in a high-tech environment
