We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with3 years of relevant experience (Preferably in UAE). Qualification: University Degree Incumbentwill report to Director of Operations and Finance and willberesponsible for dealing with the local clients and ensuring client satisfaction and provide professional client service support. Job Duties Identify and assess clients’ needs. Build client relationships. Receiving orders on ERP system. Design and conduct timely client satisfaction surveys. Share the results with management. Resolving clients’ complaints and managing database records. Address client complaints on social media. Prepare and check logistic documentation needed for import/export. Manage the forwarders deliveries to the clients according to the ETD. Regular communication with the warehouse in order to grant the deliveries in time Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved.
