Demand & Supply Planning - Transform demand & supply planning process across ACE & HomeWorks by optimizing buying process (OTB), Inventory holding, Stock Covers, On Shelf availability & stock turns. Range / Category Planning - Develop the seasonal strategy and range plans with Commercial, optimizing width and depth to Support the business planning and maintain one single view of range Master Data – Ensure data / system accuracy to smoothen all operations. Timely updates. PO Management – Maintain import tracker with latest data (dates, quantities, etc.) and give necessary visibility to all stakeholders on the same. Timely reconciliation.
