Our client is a leading firm within the MEA region and is looking to add to their team, the position of a Brand Marketing & Communications Manager (seniority to be based on experience) We are open to reviewing candidates who are looking to relocate to the UAE.

An ideal candidate for this position will have previous experience within the fashion retail sector with well-known brands; and will be responsible for the successful implementation of marketing strategies to develop the brand in line with the companys objectives and brand positioning.


Main Responsibilities to include:

  • Make certain brand building strategies are implemented across all stores
  • Endorse store promotions across the UAE
  • Forecast on the increase in footfall sales during promotions for retail operations
  • Corroborate media facilities are at prime locations (billboards/hoardings)
  • Ensure all aspects of imaging are in line with the brands image to target set audience
  • Preparation of annual marketing budget for assigned territory, allocation of resources to territory
  • Preparation of annual marketing calendar and product catalogues
  • Set goals and parameters for Marketing Research
  • Create opportunities for cross promotion


Requirements


Education & Experience:

  • Post Graduate degree in Marketing / Advertising / PR or Communications is essential
  • 8-9 years of experience within the fashion/retail industry
  • At least 4-5 years of managerial experience / heading a marketing function in fashion retail
  • Must be well experienced in market research methodologies and must be well connected in the market place
