As SourceHub we are responsible for delivering Finance and Accounting Human Resources Information Technology Procurement and Supply Chain Legal and Compliance and general administrative services with efficiency and quality.

We are looking for a Junior SAP Analyst (Vistex) to work on support maintenance and enhancement of solutions related to commercial incentives management in an SAP environment. This role will play an important part in understanding business processes analyzing requirements and supporting the implementation and maintenance of functionalities working collaboratively with technical and business teams including frequent interaction with an international manager.

The position requires working in a hybrid model in Curitiba and fluency in English for communication and direct reporting to leadership in the United States.

• Provide support and maintenance for SAP solutions with a focus on Vistex.
• Assist in analyzing and understanding business processes related to sales billing contracts and commercial agreements.
• Support the configuration and monitoring of Vistex modules such as rebates pricing chargebacks royalties and commercial incentives.
• Perform functional analysis including reading and interpreting technical and functional specifications.
• Assist in troubleshooting activities root cause identification and incident resolution.
• Execute functional tests and support validations with business areas.
• Work closely with technical teams (ABAP) to understand developments and improvements.
• Collaborate on the integration of SAP Vistex with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA environments.
• Document processes solutions and operational procedures.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and small enhancement projects.

• Completed or ongoing degree in Information Systems Computer Science Engineering or related fields.
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written communication skills for frequent interaction with an international manager.
• Knowledge of SAP with focus or interest in SAP Vistex.
• Understanding of sales billing and commercial agreement processes.
• Knowledge of functional debugging and reading technical specifications.
• Knowledge of ABAP (functional level).
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA integrations is a plus.
• Analytical proactive profile with strong communication skills.
