What you will be doing in this role

This is a newly created rolereporting to theChief Medical Officer (CMO)whereyou will provide high-level executive and administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the Office of the an on-siteroleideal for an experiencedprofessionalwho thrives in a fast-paced environment enjoys building strong relationships and is confident using digital tools and technology to improve workflow efficiency.

In this role you will:

  • Support a digitally enabled executive office using Microsoft TeamsSharePointand emerging AI tools.
  • Identifyand implement process improvements to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Coordinate meetings agendas papersminutesand follow-up actions for key medical governance committees.
  • Support doctor engagement communications including newslettersmemosand updates.
  • Assistwith medico-legal and complaints processes including preparing correspondence and legal liaison.
  • Track actionstimelinesand deliverables across multiple priorities.

Who we are looking for

You are a highly organised and adaptable Executive AssistantorSenior Administratorwhothrivesin a role that requires agility soundjudgementand the ability to remain calm and organised while managing shifting priorities and tighttimeframes. You will be proactive solutions-focusedand confident working with a high degree of autonomy.

Along with your brightpositiveand collegial approach you will bring:

  • Previousexperience in a similar administrative role ideally within healthcare or a complex environment.
  • Strong written communication and stakeholder engagement skills including confidence communicating with senior clinicians and executives.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office TeamsSharePointand other digital platforms.
  • Interest in AI and technology-driven process improvement.
  • This in an on-site role where you will become embedded and cherished as part of our collaborative team. Ideallyyoullhave flexibility to attend occasional evening committee meetings.
