In this full-time permanent role youll work as a part of our Strategy and Partnerships team in Melbourne (hybrid or remote arrangements welcome) to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.

You will make a difference by:

• Owning the coordination and drafting of government and institutional tenders
• Turning complex service and technical inputs into clear compelling submissions
• Driving structured bid processes that keep teams aligned focused and on track
• Ensuring bids are compliant accurate and submitted on time every time
• Leading how we capture review and continuously improve our approach to new business opportunities.

This role requires:

• Demonstrated experience (at least 2-5 years) in bid writing tender writing proposals grant writing submissions fundraising or business development what matters most is your ability to turn complex ideas into clear compelling funding and partnership proposals.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills for government and institutional audiences
• Strong systems thinking and comfort working with structured processes and timelines
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
• A collaborative proactive approach to working with diverse internal stakeholders
