In this full-time permanent role youll work as a part of our Strategy and Partnerships team in Melbourne (hybrid or remote arrangements welcome) to help us create lasting change for children everywhere.
You will make a difference by:
- Owning the coordination and drafting of government and institutional tenders
- Turning complex service and technical inputs into clear compelling submissions
- Driving structured bid processes that keep teams aligned focused and on track
- Ensuring bids are compliant accurate and submitted on time every time
- Leading how we capture review and continuously improve our approach to new business opportunities.

This role requires:
- Demonstrated experience (at least 2-5 years) in bid writing tender writing proposals grant writing submissions fundraising or business development what matters most is your ability to turn complex ideas into clear compelling funding and partnership proposals.
- Exceptional writing and editing skills for government and institutional audiences
- Strong systems thinking and comfort working with structured processes and timelines
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines
- A collaborative proactive approach to working with diverse internal stakeholders
