Job Description -
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our team of creative superheroes to create designs that will make our users say "Wow!"
- Design wireframes, visual designs, and interactions for web, email, and apps across mobile, tablet, and desktop
- Use your superpowers to ensure consistency and standardization in design by contributing to design language
- Run design sprints to help define solutions for user problems
- Present your designs like a boss and articulate design strategy, rationale, and perspective to partners in various organizations and levels
- Work with the Engineering team to ensure fit-and-finish polish for each sprint
Requirements-
- 2-5 years of experience in designing web and mobile applications/platforms
- Proficiency in design with Adobe suite and wireframing tools like Figma, Sketch, InVision, Miro
- A passion for designing beautiful, usable, and accessible web experiences that will make users say "Wow!"
- Strong understanding of UX processes and usability principles
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred, but we'll consider your application even if you're a self-taught design wizard.
