Supply Trainer

• Onboarding drivers on operational metrics, providing them with the necessary knowledge and guidelines to meet performance targets.
  
• Conducting comprehensive training sessions to familiarize drivers with the features and functionalities of the ILLA app.
  
• Re-onboarding drivers who have demonstrated poor performance, providing additional guidance and support to help them improve.
  
• Managing drivers profiles on ILLAs systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  
• Uploading all drivers data onto ILLAs systems to maintain organized records.
  
• Testing drivers app knowledge to assess their proficiency and identify any areas for improvement.
  
• Managing a portfolio of accounts and conducting individualized onboarding sessions for drivers, tailored to the specific needs of each account.
  
• Addressing any technical issues drivers may encounter with the app and promptly reporting them to the tech team for resolution, ensuring a smooth user experience.
  
• Testing any updated versions or releases of the app, identifying and reporting any bugs or problems, and validating changes before re-onboarding drivers.
  
  

Requirements

• 0-1 years of experience in a relevant field, demonstrating a willingness to learn and grow in the role.
  
• Bachelors degree in a related discipline, providing a strong foundation of knowledge.
  
• Possess critical thinking skills to analyze situations and make informed decisions.
  
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels within the organization.
  
• Skilled in training and communicating deliverables clearly and consistently.
  
• Demonstrates discipline and punctuality, recognizing the importance of adhering to schedules and commitments.
  
• Flexible to travel across different regions within Egypt as required for business needs.
