Supply Experience Manager

• Develop and execute drivers loyalty programs to enhance their satisfaction and engagement.
  
• Oversee the drivers onboarding process to ensure a smooth and efficient transition into the company.
  
• Monitor and improve drivers NPS by implementing strategies to enhance their overall experience.
  
• Manage effective communication channels with drivers, fostering open and transparent dialogue.
  
• Create and implement drivers leasing programs to provide attractive options and benefits.
  
• Establish tiering and categorization systems for drivers based on performance and other relevant factors.
  
• Design and implement incentives that encourage drivers to maintain long-term commitment and loyalty.
  
• Identify and implement actions to support drivers in improving their performance and maximizing their potential.
  
• Develop and execute initiatives to increase drivers engagement and satisfaction.
  

Requirements

• A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  
• Prior experience in land freight operations is considered a valuable asset.
  
• Hold a Bachelors degree in Commerce, preferably with a focus on the English section.
  
• Demonstrate exceptional analytical abilities to effectively analyze and interpret supply data.
  
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills to facilitate clear and concise interactions with various stakeholders.
  
• Advanced proficiency in using MS Office applications to efficiently handle and present data and reports.
