- Manage test planning related activities
- Manage test team daily activities, assign tasks and monitor their performance in-line with the priorities
- Re-planning in alignment with the changing priorities provided by the company, and its impact on bandwidth and timelines to other deliveries.
- Attending company's test stand up, and test planning discussions.
- Communicating any obstacles to complete testing and aligning with needed stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
- Effectively retain Intellectual property related to Testing
- Planning BRD reviews, test case preparation and review activities in-line with company priorities.
