We are seeking SAP Project Associate to join our rapidly growing company Amman, Jordan. You will be responsible for assisting project managers and account executives managing the existing and future projects in Avertra s pipeline.


Main Job Responsibilities (Duties and Tasks)

  • Maintaining and monitoring project plans, project schedules, work hours, budgets

  • Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.

  • Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings

  • Preparing necessary presentation materials for meeting

  • Scheduling scrum events, meetings, and decision-making processes if needed.

  • Monitoring progress and performance and helping teams to make improvements.

  • Prepare project reports, Planned V.S Actual, presentations, documentation, and other deliverables for all stakeholders as requested

  • Troubleshooting and assisting the team members when facing time entry system errors with the project management tool

  • Working with the project team to make sure time entry is accurate and

on time.

  • Providing accurate information to the accounting department for

invoicing every month end.

  • Gathering information for the invoicing process based on existing

contracts, SOW, or any other contractual and technical document, and

based on project actuals to maximize revenue

  • Working closely with the Project Manager/Account Executive/Program Manager and internal departments to reflect changes to the projects in the system.

  • Providing Project Managers/Account Executives/Program Manager with information about the project when required.

  • Handling the project administration processes (As per the PMO) and sharing potential improvements for Project Manager/ Program Manager

Education

Bachelor degree in a relevant field

Experience

Minimum 1 year of experience in similar field


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Excellent team player with proven leadership of diverse teams

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work with tight deadlines

  • Strong work ethic, including the ability to be self-motivated.

  • Demonstrated problem solving and critical thinking skills, including the ability to collect data

  • Fluent in Arabic & English

  • Demonstrated expertise in creating and maintaining project deliverables such project management plan, status reports, project timesheets

  • Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude.

  • Very detailed oriented and organized.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
