ILLA is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Jr./Sr. Sales Executive to join its sales team. This role involves generating new sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new sales opportunities through market research
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage upsell and cross-sell
- Work closely with other departments to ensure exceptional customer service
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations and proposals
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- At least 2 years of proven experience in Sales or Business Development (Experience in the Logistics Industry is preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to close sales deals and consistently meet targets
- Demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and methods
- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems
