Working Days / Hours: Monday to Day/ backshift 6am - 2pm and 2pm to 10pm

• You will lead the production team of up to 40 to achieve production and processing targets to specified quality and customer The team s roles will include preparation and processing of materials, operating food production machinery and packaging of finished
  
• Will ensure a safe environment for self and others and keep relevant managers up to date with any factors that affect quality, efficiency and safety in processing and
  
• The focus will be on maintaining high quality and quantity of output to meet customers
  
• Follow set procedures and processes in an orderly
  
• Ensure that the area of control is always compliant with Health and Safety and Food Safety, in line with the company documented H&S and Quality System
  
• To adhere to the Company Quality System to maintain quality standards through accurate weighing and completion of
  
• To notify the QA department of any deviations from the specification of either the raw materials or the ability to accurately document information scales malfunction, missing batch information ;
  
• To support the Production Manager to achieve the departmental objectives and promote a culture of continuous improvement within the
  

• Experience within Food Manufacturing industry is desired, FMCG experience is essential
  
• Food Hygiene Certificate Level 2 or Higher
  
• Work and communicate well with others; will have a good standard of written and spoken English
  
• Be IT Literate and numerate
  
• Have several years experience in leading and motivating a production
  
• Demonstrate strong leadership
  
• Have had responsibility for product safety, Health & Safety, production output and line
  
• Advantage will be an experience of breading operations
  
• Experience of using forming machines, multi-head weighers and form fill seal baggers
  
• Have basic engineering skill
  
• SAP Knowledge desired
  
• Existing Rights to Work VISA for the UK is essential as Sponsorship is not available for this role
