Product Owner

The Product Owner manages the product development process to ensure that clients needs are met. The Product owner works with product development teams to determine product features and manage product backlog items, as well as communicate with stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction. He/She should have the ability to plan and manage the development project from start to finish, and ensure that the product(s) meet the customers needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Strategizing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
  

• Defining product features according to customer needs.
  

• Leading the development process.
  

• Acting as the main point of contact between teams and stakeholders.
  

• Managing and prioritizing product backlog items.
  

• Assisting the scrum/product development team to meet the objectives of each sprint.
  

• Adjusting and improving each iteration of the product before release.
  

• Identifying areas of improvement.
  

• Keeping customers and stakeholders informed of the status of the product.
  

Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  
• A minimum of 1 year of experience as a Product Owner, preferably within a technology or software-focused organization.
  
• Demonstrate prior professional experience in a Product Owner capacity.
  
• Exhibit meticulous attention to detail.
  
• Display exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
  
• Possess extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  
• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
