We are seeking a skilled and experienced Predictive Modeling Data Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts to develop predictive models and provide insights that inform business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of data analysts in developing predictive models and data-driven solutions.
- Analyze large data sets and identify trends and patterns that can be used to inform business decisions.
- Develop statistical models and algorithms to support forecasting, optimization, and other predictive modeling initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that improve business performance.
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including executive leadership, in a clear and concise manner.

Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters degree in data science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in predictive modeling, data analysis, and statistical analysis.
- Strong knowledge of statistical modeling techniques, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with SQL, Python, R, and other programming languages commonly used in data science.
- Strong leadership skills and experience leading a team of data analysts.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly and effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
