Payroll Manager

Description :

We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Payroll Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and overseeing the entire administration work.

Responsibilities:

- Independently manage end-to-end payroll management processes

- Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements related to payroll

- Liaise with external statutory consultants regarding various compliances

- Administer employee records, including sick leave, vacation time and personal days

- Calculate and process payroll taxes and other deductions

- Manage employee time and attendance records

- Prepare payroll reports for management review

- Keep up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and compliance requirements

- Maintain payroll files and records in accordance with company policy

- Monitor site administration work to ensure adherence to policies and standards
