We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Remote Mentor to join our team. As a Remote Mentor, you will work with our mentees to help them achieve their goals. You will provide guidance and support in various areas such as finding a job or changing a career, and more. You can create free or paid mentoring sessions
Tasks
- Build a positive relationship with mentees
- Provide support and guidance to help mentees achieve their goals
- Set and review SMART goals with mentees
- Assist with the development of career plans and strategies
- Help students develop skills for academic success
- Provide resources and referrals as needed
- Communicate effectively with mentees via email, or video conferencing
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of mentorship activities and progress
Requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- The work could be done during weekends based on your availability
