You will design, build, and deploy production-grade software, infrastructure, and MLOps systems that leverage machine learning to help our customers solve high-impact problems.
You are engineering-focused, with a keen interest and working knowledge of operationalised machine learning. You have a desire to take cutting edge ML applications into the real world. You will develop new methodologies and champion best practices for managing AI systems deployed at scale, with regard to technical, ethical and practical requirements. You will support both technical and non-technical stakeholders to deploy ML to solve real-world problems.

- You are comfortable contributing in all areas of the ML lifecycle, from requirements gathering all the way to deploying to production and monitoring.
- You have an in-depth understanding of all aspects of Machine Learning, including feature engineering, model architectures, training algorithms, evaluation metrics etc.
- You have shipped to and operated production systems and have a holistic understanding of AWS (or other cloud provider).
- You have worked in a start-up or similar size organisation and are passionate about building high quality products.
- You have at least two years experience working in an engineering team.
- You can manage your own schedule effectively while achieving measurable results.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field Strong coding skills in Python and experience with ML libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and sci-kit-learn Ability to work with large datasets and strong knowledge of SQL Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
