Responsibilities:
● Conceive and develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
● Compiling, distributing and presenting ideas, information and strategies
● Organize, Manage, and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (offline, social
media). exhibitions and promotional events
● Perform competitor analysis to identify industry best practices that will help us optimize
existing campaigns and ensure the success of future ones
● Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competition
ventures
● Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication
● Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (brochures, press releases, website material
etc.)
● Work on PARADIGM’s social media plans, moderate and handles the social media accounts
● Monitor progress of campaigns using various metrics and submit reports of performance
● Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
