Remote Jr Home Buying Specialist / Lead Manager based in Charlotte area

Carr Talent has partnered with an active and rapidly growing Real Estate company acquiring hundreds of residential properties in the Charlotte area. Our founders have 15+ years of Real Estate experience and closings. We are a small yet efficient company with big plans for the future and are eagerly seeking a talented full-time sales representative to join our real estate acquisition team!

Knowing how to acquire real estate at a discount will open a whole new world of opportunities for you, both financially and professionally. This role will give you first hand exposure to experienced real estate investors who paved the road to success themselves as you pursue new properties for the company and cultivate relationships with property owners.

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a consistent, friendly, and hungry Real Estate/Sales professional with strong communication, follow-up, and organizational skills to join our team as a Junior Acquisitions Specialist. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a ton of freedom to really build as big as you're driven to.

You will be an integral part of company growth as you support the Acquisitions team, vetting leads, running comps, and setting appointments for home visits, with the hope that you will eventually promote to a full-fledged Home Buying Specialist!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task
  • High volume of calls to sellers generated through new Foreclosures lead channel
  • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information
  • Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on
  • Perform analysis on property value using comps, google street view etc.
  • Must have the willingness to tackle new leads in real time; Answering phones on the first ring and maintaining/growing current lead generators
  • Your work style must be a good balance between confident and direct yet empathetic to the homeowner's situation
  • Research market value comparable within the area
  • Proven track record of problem-solving and resourcefulness
  • Ability to roll with the punches, quick learner

DAILY ACTIVITIES

First 30 Days (Hands-On Training)

  • Cold calling to old leads
  • Calling warm/hot leads

30 Days and Beyond

  • Continued Training on acquisitions process- how to buy real estate at a discount
  • Confidently making calls to both motivated sellers and cold leads alike.
  • Managing a robust pipeline of leads
  • Setting appointments and acting as the right-hand man or woman of the Acquisitions Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $50k per year (30k base + 2% commission)

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Remote, self-determined schedule
