Technology Operations Executive
Agency Marketing Machine (AAM) provides a comprehensive marketing program exclusively available to insurance companies. We are a Miami-based marketing agency, currently employing 15 full-time and 4 part-time professionals, of which 10 are in-house, and in the process of expanding. We've been in business since 2013 and have serviced over 600 clients since then. Operating under an open-door policy, we work to collectively enforce a healthy, inclusive culture rooted in the following core values:
Initiative, Creativity, Excellence, Collaboration, Ownership, No BCD (blame-complain-defend), Efficiency = ICE CONE.
We are looking for an experienced and professional IT Operations Executive to continue our superior client experience.

We are looking for an experienced and professional IT Operations Executive to continue our superior client experience.

- Manage outsourced coders to deliver on product
- Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Manage budgets and forecasts
- Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Find ways to increase quality of customer service
- 10-15 years of operational experience in a SAAS or Software company
- Experience with managing remote development teams
- Previous coding experience is a plus along with Amazon web services
- Collaborate with a team to deliver on client needs.
- Experience with the EOS management system is a plus
- Prior experience in a startup environment and comfortable with fast paced environments
- A self manager .. we don’t look to micro manage
- SaaS product development and roll out experience is a plus
