This is a remote position.
The Guest Experience Planner will provide exceptional service to the clients and creating a positive experience. You will be responsible for creating their booking and itinerary. It would be great to have experience in the travel industry and have a sales and marketing background. The employee will be researching resorts, cruises, activities and more for their client. You will be expected to work independently part of the time and take initiative. There will also be some marketing tasks to find more business. At times you will need to use some resolution tactics to solve any issues that may arise for the client.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High School graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Excellent communication, organization, problem solving skills
- Proficient computer skills, knowledge of Opera PMS preferred
- Prior guest service experience strongly preferred
