Sales/Customer Account Development
- Create a sales strategy that includes actions for finding and acquiring new clients.
- Implement regional and international account development and acquisition strategies.
- Display strong ability in conducting a thorough analysis of all customers base to make sure that all of their needs are fulfilled.
- Initiate, coordinate, and manage the agreed-upon account initiatives, activities, and programmes to maintain and increase continuing revenue and profit contributions.
- Organize the creation and provision of services and solutions that are consistent and reusable so that clients can accomplish their corporate goals and get an advantage over competitors.
Margins/Profitability Assurance
- Create and follow a timetable for pricing reviews that ensures increasing margins from targeted accounts.
- Observe regional guidelines for profit margins and discounts.
- Make sure all customer agreements are cost-sensitive to guarantee that a recommended minimum pricing tariff is established and followed.
Project Execution for client
- Make sure that all logistical execution processes adhere to the Service Level Agreement to support the anticipated significant profitable development of the business.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years experience managing and growing global accounts.
- Preferably work experience in the express or Freight Forwarding sector with an emphasis on the airfreight market.
- A goal-oriented individual with solid sales management.
- Experienced in China Trade.
- A history of successful sales.
