Responsibilities:
• Follow the procedural guidelines to establish a successful delivery process.
• Review customer requirements and changes and validate them from technical perspective.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers along with the Account Manager
• Prepare execution plan for the overall project along with the Project Manager
• Asses and size change requests received from customer.
• Oversee daily activities of Engineering team and provide direction and guidance as needed.
• Provide Technical Consultancy for the business analysis team while gathering requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to develop budgets and timelines.
• Perform resource allocations and workload assignments according to delivery requirements.
• Set delivery priorities and make schedule adjustments to meet timely delivery goals.
• Recommend critical decisions regarding the implementation to meet customer expectations.
• Work on preparing and delivering the project delivery checklist.
