Commission-Based Appointment Setter for Marketing Agency

We are hiring for a commission based appointment setter for a fast-growing marketing agency. We are looking for a talented and motivated appointment setter to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients and scheduling appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful appointment setting and a passion for sales.

Responsibilities:

• Use Facebook/Instagram/LinkedIn to book appointments
• Schedule appointments with decision-makers
• Maintain accurate records of calls and appointments in our CRM system
• Follow up with potential clients to ensure their needs are being met
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment setting targets

Requirements:

• Proven experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or sales
• Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• Must have a reliable computer, phone, and internet connection
• Must be able to work in a commission-based role

Compensation: This is a commission-based role. The successful candidate will receive $100 per appointment set with a $25 bonus for each appointment if you set over 7 per week.
