As the Organization Change Manager (OCM) you will be responsible from monitoring and supervising changes to the business processes and systems, technology, job roles and structures within the organization.
You should have experience managing and delivering large scale organizational change initiatives.
You will be building long-term relationship and ensuring extended stakeholders embrace the change and are comfortable in adapting to it.
You will be facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment.
You will be creating actionable deliverables across communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching and training plans, change readiness, capability transfer and resistance management plans.
You will manage communications, training, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring that new digital design elements are appropriately communicated to the organization and effectively incorporated into the end user training content.
Stakeholders in your engagement could span client and client supported stakeholder groups. Your ability to identify priorities in these groups that would impactful would be required.
