Change Manager

Responsibilities:

• As the Organization Change Manager (OCM) you will be responsible from monitoring and supervising changes to the business processes and systems, technology, job roles and structures within the organization.
• You should have experience managing and delivering large scale organizational change initiatives.
• You will be building long-term relationship and ensuring extended stakeholders embrace the change and are comfortable in adapting to it.
• You will be facilitating meetings with senior stakeholders to surface and resolve sensitive issues and drive alignment.
• You will be creating actionable deliverables across communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, coaching and training plans, change readiness, capability transfer and resistance management plans.
• You will manage communications, training, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring that new digital design elements are appropriately communicated to the organization and effectively incorporated into the end user training content.
• Stakeholders in your engagement could span client and client supported stakeholder groups. Your ability to identify priorities in these groups that would impactful would be required.
