Responsibilities:
• Sell Orange Enterprise products and services and ensure proper collection for the required documents.
• Welcome walk-in Enterprise customers and handle their Sales and Pre-sales requirements.
• Identify potential Enterprise new accounts among the walk-in customers in the shop.
• Upsell to walk-in exsiting accounts and increase their revenues.
• Handle customers inquiries regarding the enterprise prodcuts & services.
• Coordinate with other departments to solve Enterprise customers problems.
• Coordinate with other departments to activate new lines and services for the customers within the identified SLAs.
• Handle generated Sales leads sent by the Telesales Team to the shop.
• Report to the Telesales Team Management the leads outcome.
• Submit a daily, weekly, monthly sales reports.
• Support in handling the assigned portfolio of Enterprise customers.
• Submit churn prediction report for the accounts at risk from the assigned portfolio.
• Attend trainings and meetings called for by the Enterprise department.
• Achieve the assigned KPIs & Targets.
• Acting as a customer experience champion to enhance the experience of the newly acquired & existing Enterprise customers.
