Serves as subject matter expert on federal, state, and local laws and statutes, while ensuring necessary revisions are drafted in company policy/procedure and employee handbooks
Develop and implement a clear people strategy, goals and programs to enhance business performance and drive employee engagement in alignment with the overall business strategy
Proactively build an effective network of relationships based on a deep level of trust in judgment, competence and confidentiality that will lead to strong buy in and sponsorship within the business
Utilize best-in-class recruiting and talent management processes to identify the right people for the right positions
Manage talent management/development activities to meet business objectives in a diverse environment
Support Human Resources associates in the selection of appropriate development opportunities
Develop and implement organizational changes, as may be needed, for Human Resources unit
Manage salary review, incentive, and stock annual processes
Communicate with and educate HR, managers and employees on the value of total remuneration package and its competitiveness versus the market
